User Data Deletion Instructions

01 How to request deletion of your data

To request the deletion of your personal data, send an email to:

Use the subject line:

Data deletion request

Please include the following information in your email:

• The name of the application or service you used
• The Facebook Page, Facebook account or Instagram account connected to the application
• The email address associated with your request, where applicable
• A short description of the data you would like us to delete

Please do not send passwords, access tokens or other sensitive login information.

02 What happens after your request?

After receiving your request, we will verify the request where reasonably necessary and remove personal data associated with your use of our application from our systems, unless we are required to retain specific information for legal, security or administrative reasons.

We will process valid deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible and within the period required by applicable law.

When the deletion process has been completed, we will send a confirmation to the email address used for the request.

03 Data processed by third-party platforms

Our application may connect to services provided by Meta, including Facebook and Instagram. This deletion procedure applies to personal data stored or processed directly by Innovative AI Solutions.

Data stored independently by Meta is subject to Meta's own privacy settings, policies and account-management procedures. To remove data held directly by Meta, please use the settings available in the relevant Facebook or Instagram account.
